If you have signed up for proteQ10 Key security, we will also need your security code to get new keys cut. Note: For security reasons we recommend you have your keys posted to a different address to where the lock is fitted. Keys are posted via recorded delivery. The code must be provided in order to cut a key. We strongly advise submitting a photo of your key code.
