Got one of these a few weeks ago for my K2 Plus (also replaced the bed with a graphite versoin due to the original being warped in several directions), and so far, have had absolutely zero issues with adhesion, or with the parts releasing after they’re done. I’ve also got one to replace a BTT plate that delaminated, and it’s working great on my P1S as well. Haven’t tried anything other than PLA on them as of yet (most of what I do is pla anyway), so I can’t speak much to adhesion with other fialments.
